Functions to define the settings for opuspay Administration. The settings area should only be activated after successful registration.
If the byondcloud account is synced with byondpro, and the opuspay settings have already been setup within byondpro, the site, device and API credential settings should be synced to the byondcloud settings area as well. Any updates to the setting made on one application should also be synced to the other other application to ensure that the same configurations exist within both applications.
